This unit consist of a 250 gallon tank for the main cooking chamber with 2 slide out racks in each door. The massive 8” stack is coupled with a smoke collector to very efficiently improve the flow. The firebox is 30×30 made out of 1/4” plate with a liver and two dampeners on the back for easy fire management. All of this sits on a custom built 5×8 trailer designed to be light weight and to pull like a breeze.
